Love this place, Alicia and Ricky are my besties!!

We were supposed to switch hotels to one on the lake in Guntersville. We loved this hotel and location so much we canceled the other room to stay here our entire week. We stayed in a 2 bdrm w/balcony. It has a full fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, and everything you need for a family of 5. We were comfortable and spread out. We love this hotel and will make it our go to on our getaways. We (me and my 7 and 11 year old) walked to Walmart and McDonald's with 0 problem. Longhorn and McAllister's are also within walking distance. We loved the pool. The front desk was kind and all the staff were extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place.

There is no continental breakfast, so make sure you plan cooking in your room which I did. My wife is blessed with a husband who cooks breakfast every morning I didn’t get a day off.🤨

Very clean very nice suites. The rooms are spacious and basically are a one bedroom apartment with anything and everything you can need. I will be staying there every time I go to huntsville. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is great!! It's also very convenient to stores and everything you may need or want. We were visiting from out of town and would definitely come back here. I looked up many places online and chose very well with staying here. No complaints!!!

This would have been a lovely stay if not for the inattentive staff and dirty building. We checked in late on the night of our arrival. The front desk clerk was not welcoming or helpful. She basically just handed us our room keys then proceeded to go back to the office and shut the door. As we headed to our room we noticed the floors and walls were visibly dirty, debris all over the carpets and sticky stains on the floors. There were trash bags up and down the hallway. When we got into our room, it was clear the room had not been cleaned properly. The floors were dirty and the rug had not been vacuumed. There were underwear from the previous guest in the closet. The linens on the bed had a musty odor, like they sat in a washing machine too long.Because we were late getting in, we opted to just go to bed and ask for the room to be cleaned in the morning. When we went down the following day, there was no one at the desk. We could hear the staff talking in the office behind the desk, but nobody came out. After about five minutes a couple of staff members came out but did not ask us if we needed anything or offer to help us. Instead, they went over and began to go through a pile of papers on the desk. One of them started to complain about the cleaning assignment she had been given for the day and showed her assignment to the other staff member standing with her. Finally, after a few more minutes, the front desk clerk came out. We asked her to please have the room cleaned and the linens on the bed changed. She took down our room number and said she would have someone take care of it. When we returned that evening, the room was still dirty and the linens had not been changed. The following morning we asked again if we could have fresh towels and for the linens to be changed. Again, we were told it would be taken care of. When we returned that evening, the room was still dirty and there were no new towels. It really is a shame. The rooms have everything you need and they are nicely decorated. The building seems new and should be in good condition. Instead it is dirty and feels unwelcoming. It is clear that there are no expectations set for staff regarding customer service, behavior or appearance. Bottom line, there are probably other options in this price range where you will at least get a clean room and a warm greeting.

Building and room were nice, but not cleaned properly. Checked in late night. Staff was dressed in night clothing. Room floors were not cleaned properly. Staff was asked to clean and said they would but did not. Staff was asked to provide fresh towels and linens as we were there 4 days and nights. Staff never visited room. No one was ever at the front desk, we had to get their attention from the general managers office day or night. Staff on one occasion as we were at front desk was complaining of workload. I will not stay here again or recommend to anyone else. Beautiful building but poorly managed and staffed.
