Excellent service! Brooke was great with checking us in. Simple, fast, and nice. Ron Warren is the BEST! Thank you for helping to ensure the tins of our Cougar Gold Cheese did not spoil. Excellent accommodations! Very modern. In-room refrigerator is a little on the small size; however, we had 14 tins of the cheese! Thank you Ron and Brooke for a memorable stay!

Updated review on most recent stay... Room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. The workout area is phenomenal, I greatly appreciate the water and towels, as well as the awesome equipment. The pool area appeared clean and well kept. I did not use it. The Bistro: Dirty tables had to be wiped off by bartender so my party of 3 could sit and play cards. We were hungry and thirsty, but weren't offered menus of drinks. I guess you have to go to the bar to order. We didn't have to do that last time we stayed. There was no bartender/cook Sunday night, but there were coffee condiments on the bar, made no sense. I spoke with the lady at the front desk, who said the staff went home early. I then requested that she put up signage indicating the Bistro was CLOSED, in order to inform guests, as the Bistro was supposed to be open. While the young lady nodded in agreement, no signage was posted. I hope they find better help/permanent staff for the lobby soon. Maybe my next stay will be better.

Blackout curtains were broke and not usable. Breakfast was implied as free but actually cost. It was ok, clean

Wow this place is amazing. Friendly staff, beautiful scenery, outstanding rooms, and super clean. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Thank you for a great experience!

Shower floor very slippery. Had to put a towel down.

Horrible management. We checked out early and dropped our keys at the front desk (we don’t usually do this but decided it was the nice thing to do so housekeeping could get an early start). The male manager comes out and accuses and threatens us for having an altercation the night prior without even asking for other sides of the story. We didn’t start the altercation, but that doesn’t matter I guess. Filed a formal complaint to corporate already.

This is a brand new hotel so it’s clean and there was everything we needed, including a mini frig, microwave and coffee maker and most importantly the beds were comfy. Last night the staff was friendly. I checked in in two seconds quickest ever and I travel a lot . However, every time the person below us shut their door, it vibrated my bed, and the shower kept going from slightly chilly to burning hot.
