Quality Inn Lexington -Horse Park

O stars if it was a option. I had made a reservation online, arrived day of 30 minutes prior to 3:00 pm. Was told couldn't check in until 3:00 no if ands or buts. Ok, left but sat outside. There was 2 checkins prior to 3 that I saw check in... Came back at 3:03 pm to check in then was told we have to charge you a 600 deposit. Excuse me? 600? The Hilton don't charge 600. Tbsinis absurd, outrageous and just unjust. So I cannot rent the room without paying the 600 deposit which is not online. So I loose out on my money, and the room. Will never attempt to stay here again. Never. Personnel was rude , I've stayed in several motels never had to pay a 600 deposit

If i could give it 0 stars i would. We stayed here because we brought our Australian shepherd on vacation with us to tennessee. We made a reservation to stay overnight here for a halfway point. I wish we would have just kept driving. The front desk lady has a dog that has a bed and all kinds or crap laying around the dog - I checked in and got my key to our room, we went up to the room - opened the door and smelt like a dirty poopy diaper, light didnt work, and tv didnt turn on. Went downstairs to request room change, they gave me a new room and apologized, stated they have been having issues with their cleaning lady (talk about yuck, what does that even mean?!) Went into the second room, thankfully no smell and tv worked - light still did not - but i didnt feel like complaining anymore as we were staying less then 8 hours. Bathroom sink had a leak, bottom shelf under sink was broken, chew marks everywhere in the room (guessing because it was dog friendly) but still 🤢. I would not recommend, nor go back to this hotel - I’d rather pay an extra $100 and stay at a Hilton Hotel. Also, curtains wouldnt shut fully - so you had a bright light from the parking lot shinning in the entire night.

Great location, good rooms. Even though near highway entrance/exit our rooms noise was minimal

Astonished with their service and honesty. My family visited the Quality Inn for a quick stop on our way down to the Smoky Mountains and we left our Switch 2 in the room. Figuring we were out of luck and someone took it home with them, we were astonished to hear it was located and the team was going to assist in getting it back to us. The honesty and integrity this team is amazing. A+++ On another note their rooms were clean, beds comfy, bathrooms nice, and location had plenty of dinner options near by. We stopped by the Distillery District and would highly recommend stopping there for ice cream, dinner, drinks, or music

Stayed in the second floor the bathroom had not been swept and surfaces not wiped off. Room floors very dirty crumbs, bottle caps and more from previous guest. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly prior to the last guest. Half a roll of toilet paper as well which is evident the room had not been touched prior to the last guest.

We have stayed at the La Quinta around the corner from this location 3-4 times. But this time that we were staying UK had a home game and everyone was price gouging, so this location was the cheapest I could find and not be sleeping with bugs. Ok, so… When I booked it said “Main Stay, so I assumed that’s what we were staying at. However, When we got there it said Quality Inn. Which was fine, but that was confusing. If I had known I could have went through the Choice Hotel app. Anyway— So the receptionist told us the bottom floor is Main Stay, the 2nd floor is Quality Inn. Ok great! In my reservation I put that I had a physical limitation since I’m wearing a huge boot cast on my left leg due to severely pulled tendons. Didn’t matter apparently. Our room was on the 2nd floor, halfway down the hall that looked like something out of the movie The Shining! It wasn’t nasty or dirty, didn’t smell bad, and it was well lit. Just… felt creepy. And there was a lot of walking!! The room had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron and board, and blow dryer. It was no where near as clean as it could have been. Carpet was full of stains. Bathroom was not “Quality Inn” clean! The floor wasn’t clean. The “liquids” that get slung around were not wiped off the door. The beds were ok, pillows were ok. We only had the partial roll of toilet paper that was already on the roll holder, and no more was left in the room. 2 big towels, 2 wash cloths— I guess we were supposed to rinse our wash cloth out and hang it to dry so we can use it again! Which is what we did. All we needed was one night. I don’t know, but the whole place just seemed … off. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Clean the floors! Get rid of all the carpet! It’s nasty!
