Haulover Beach

This was my first time visiting this beach and my very first that a clothing, optional beach. I was happy to see if they were very clear signs on the walk-in stating expectations. The beach was very clean and while they were lots of people that was not overly crowded. There is plenty of space for us to pick a nice spot early afternoon. Everyone around us was very respectful. Most of the beach goers we’re tanning and lounging. Even though it was still winter, the water was nice and warm, and the sun was out. After we set up our own spot we applied our sunscreen and waited a few minutes while it set in to lounge and get comfortable before we started removing our clothing. We did remove all of our clothing and we didn’t receive any uncomfortable staring or looks from others. Everyone minded themselves and we felts just as comfortable as we would have been on any other beach in our swimsuits. I really enjoyed swimming in the ocean and then came back to our spot to dry off. It was a beautiful day and a few nice people nearby made some polite conversation with us. During the conversations, we didn’t feel uncomfortable at all everyone was very respectful and maintained eye contact. Of course, people looked at others, as did I, appreciating all the different body types of people of various ages and ethnicities but I’m happy to say everyone was very kind. I witnessed zero body shaming and heard no negative or perverse comments. If any comments were made, they were very positive like compliments on nice tans and fitness level. If anything the beachgoers were all hyping each other up. I left this beach feeling more confident and welcomed than I have on any other beach. It was nice and clean, soft sand, the water was sparkling so were the people. I look forward to returning again.

This was my first time here. It's an absolutely beautiful beach with aquateal water and blonde sand. Theres nothing weird or strange going on here, its tame and it's a fabulous place to tan bare ot take a skinny dip in the ocean. All I know is im here and its 80 and im wearing nothing but a smile while my friends back home are preparing for tomorrow's snowstorm. Theres nothing more to say to that.

I have been coming to Haulover since 2005, it is like an oasis where you can feel comfortable and enjoy the sun and the water. Nobody cares as long as you do not act weird. As always on nude beaches there is the exception and sometimes you might be bother by the random voyeur or exhibicionist. Restrooms are usually clean and the parking was recently remodeled.

Always a great day at this Beach. There's almost always parking for both clothed and clothing optional sections of the beach and the marina store is open to pick up snacks and drinks. Plus, there's usually a juice vendor or 2 along the beach!

Judgement free zone, everyone was respectful. No need to feel nervous. Wife and I had a Beach bag to hold our towels and to put our clothes in. There is also a food truck on the beach which was really nice !
