Baymont by Wyndham Montgomery AL

I always enjoy my stay here this is the best hotel in Montgomery. Not only is the hotel very nice quiet and clean the hotel is very affordable there is also complimentary breakfast which is always a plus. The staff is also very kind and friendly overall the stay will always be 10.

I want to start off by saying this building should be closed and 5 or even negative stars. This was single handily one of the worst experiences my girlfriend has ever had had at a hotel in her life. For starters walking in the air conditioning was not working at all just giant fans blowing hot disgusting air around. upon arriving at the checkin desk the attendant was not visible but instead sleeping on the ground using a pile of towels as a pillow. Then to the elevator was outdated small and uncomfortable. Upon arriving in the room the smell was absolutely disgusting the bathtub/shower was lifted off the ground and you could physically seen under it. the comforter in a non-smoking room i might add was filled with cigarette holes and was dingy and did not look fully clean. she opted to sleep in the car rather than her room. Absolutely horrible experience and we will never be returning to another wynham property ever again

Filthy. Pool out of service. Plants in atrium are filthy. Suite only has 1 TV that you can see from bed. No couch watching TV. Light bulbs burnt out. Curtains might as well be non existent. They don’t have coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was sugar and carbs. Hopefully they are renovating and will clean up the dust and grime. Elevator only holds 2 people. AC only worked for the bed right by it. They did not honor my room type. I agreed to it in the end so I didn’t have to ride the elevator. They gave my reserved room to a walk in person.

Slept really good. Room is really big. They did some upgrades but could use paint to make it match with the upgrades done. Shower was nice but tight. Had to ask for a blanket to cover the window to mich light came through. And there was a light above the bed that glowed green all night. Lol. They do have these HUGE beautiful Fig Leaf trees. Love them but it is humid in there. They have dehumidifiers so they are trying to keep up with it. Front desk guy was really nice.

Perfect and safe place to stay with family, manager of the facility Mr. Ketan is courageous to satisfy customers with dedication. Breakfast corner is good to fulfill day startup needs. Recommended

I booked an accessible (ADA) room over two months prior but when I arrived I was told it had been down for over a week due to a leak. Aki at the front desk said there were no other accessible rooms available so I asked him to partner with management and help by utilizing the Wyndham network to secure appropriate accommodations at the same rate at another hotel. He refused to help and was unwilling to contact his manager. After a tiring 12 hour drive, I was then forced to scramble to find accommodations at a competitor's hotel. This resulted in stress, a 2 hour delay and an increased cost than the rate I secured months ago.

Place was not clean, staff sucks, wifi is slow, & my whole family including kids had to take cold showers because we had no hot water. Elevator could only do two people at a time which seems sketchy. Only good thing i can say is beds were comfortable.
