La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Milwaukee SW New Berlin

Hotel was clean and updated. Great value as well!

Very friendly staff, good location and comfortable room. Card reader to hallway broken. Latch to pool broken. Safety hazard for children and caused door to slam and bounce, disturbing rest. Trash can overflowing and trash around building. Overall a good value and decent place to stay.

The rooms were pretty nice. They had the pool and hot tub open. The breakfast was pretty good. They allowed my dog. Didn't have any problems.

Checked in April 4th , Out April 5th Decided to do an ”dayca” here following that the kids had spring break. We got 2 rms one of which smelled like mildew or some sort, front desk accommodated w a change to a different room and that was wasn’t much better it was obviously not cleaned thoroughly, I stuck it out. During the stay my kids and I were harassed and left a nasty letter on one of the room doors. I noticed the letter & took in to the front desk and asked did they receive any complaints they said no leaving confusion on how someone could’ve been mad enough to leave this nasty letter. I was told itll be looked into and unfortunately there was no follow up or accommodation for my family and I . Among the rooms being smelly and dirty the letter was the icing on the cake. We travel a lot but this specific location, I will not return.

The New Berlin, Wisconsin location is chef’s kiss! Staff is easygoing, hotel is well kept. This location has been remodeled. In my experience with this hotel chain, this location is above and beyond my expectations. Bonus: full breakfast served plus a pool.. one of my favorites for the price point.

A little bit older hotel but very clean, great rates, nice pool & hottub, breakfast included, a worker at breakfast offered my grandkids whipped topping & sprinkles on their waffles, couldn't believe they even had expensive (unnecessary) items like that with very reasonable hotel rates. Front desk & breakfast staff were great, room was great. Walked across the cul-de-sac to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, convenient location.

Nice management. Clean and hospitable staff. Nice whirlpool and pool near a wide array of restaurants and movie theaters and kid friendly entertainment.

Very nice stay. The lady maintaining the breakfast spread was very sweet in helping my daughter get a last waffle right at 10am the breakfasts closing time so thank you to her.
