The Andrew Hotel

Our experience at the Andrew hotel was mediocre at best. It was extremely loud all the way through a quarter to 12. Parking is non-existent so be prepared to move your car early in the morning. I will say the bed was exceptionally comfortable

Fwiw, this hotel lost our wedding party reservation and now is not answering their phone (?!). There is a phone line that answers if you want to make new reservations; but no such service for people with existing arrangements that the hotel has mucked up. The reservations line people say they can't reach the front desk.

I would not recommend staying here. You can absolutely hear everything from the hallways. Everything is hardwood floor so you can hear everything. The TV only works when your remote is directed to a cable box which is on a top shelf of a closet so imagine holding up your arm while flipping through channels. The beds are horrible and squeak so loud everything you move. The showers are very old and flood the bath. The service was horrible the lady checking me in barerly spoke and didn’t give me any information on the hotel just gave me my card keys. Didn’t even tell me my room number. There was a complementary bowl that was empty and supposed to have snacks in it. The closet door for the cleaning service was wide open the my whole stay in the hallway. There is no fridge in the rooms. The curtains are SO OLD and SO dusty I had to wash my hands after trying to move them. Honestly a horrible place to stay save your money and pay a little extra somewhere else. **Yes there is a report on this matter via Airbnb where no one responds on there. Very similar reviews on Airbnb to mine. This place is a scam.

Absolutely would not recommend this hotel. Extremely unprofessional management. They decided to cancel multiple reservations the day of without proper reasoning. We had to call and have them charge the room in advance to still keep our spot. This reservation was done months in advance. Upon arriving, we were unable to check in until 30 minutes after the standard check in time. The room did not have a working air conditioner. The whole place is poorly run and it is extremely unreliable.

It was okay but not good enough for how much I paid to stay there. There was no microwave in the room, you have to go to a shared community room. I personally hate hotels that don’t have a microwave in the room. The hotel was rusty in some spots and it was not sound proof.

Definitely photos are misleading. The room was out of date vinyl floors were loose and poorly done. The toilet was tiny and had pee on the seat when we showed up. At least the bed was clean and we were only staying for the night.

Good location great service big thanks to Hiran we were there last week there was hokey team stay there ruined our experience but only person listen to us was him .

The rooms were very outdated. There was no hot water and someone in my party staying there as well had no water at all. Overall the hotel seems icky and not clean. They charge $20 a day to valet your car. Which is insane. The complimentary breakfast was nice. There was a hockey team staying at the hotel (which is cool) however they left their stinky gear all throughout the hallways. It was a very unpleasant smell as you can imagine.

Absolute Disappointment – Family of 4 Left with One Bed ​I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was a complete disappointment from start to finish due to terrible room management and practically non-existent parking solutions. ​The Room Snafu: We booked a room with two queen beds for our family of four. Upon arrival, we were told they didn't have it. Instead, they stuck us in a room with a single king bed and hardwood floors—almost certainly a pet-friendly room that we did not want. The room was incredibly sparse, containing only the bed and one small office chair. To make matters worse, the mini-fridge was just sitting out on the floor, completely unplugged. ​The Bed Situation: Because we were a family of four stuck with one bed, we asked for a rollaway bed so our kids would have a place to sleep. It took over 30 minutes just to get it delivered, and when it finally arrived, it was visibly dirty. ​The Parking Nightmare: On our first night, we were told there was no room left in their tiny parking lot or for valet, forcing us to park on the street. We made do for the night. The next morning, we made sure to get a valet parking ticket to secure a spot for later and went about our day. However, when we returned to the hotel around 9:30 PM, we were informed that the valet leaves at 7:00 PM and the lot was completely full. Getting the ticket earlier meant absolutely nothing. We were forced onto the street yet again. ​Save your money and peace of mind. Management clearly overbooks their rooms and lacks the infrastructure or service to support their guests.
