UPDATE: When you take so much time and use so many words trying to explain and prove why the customer is the one who is wrong, I believe it is absolute evidence of the lack of self awareness you possess as a restaurant owner. Just imagine: instead of trying to analyze your business's weak points as an opportunity for improvement, you go around pointing out that your customers drank too much, and then you claim that your *steak frites* evokes the sensation of being in a French bistro? Give me a break! 🤌🏻 We know exactly what that feels like, and believe me, your restaurant is absurdly far removed from that sensation; you can't even cook a hanger steak properly. We weren't looking to have dinner at Denny's, don't be disrespectful, but we *were* trying to have a pleasant dinner. However, your restaurant isn't pleasant at all , something made abundantly clear by the way you respond to your customers. And although I shouldn't have to, I'm going to break down the bill for you just to prove that we *did* pay more than $160 USD. Learn some respect; even after such a poor dining experience, we still left a tip of over 22%. Steak frites: 49 Braised short ribs: 40 Tangerine Dream Cocktail: 16 Mojito: +15 Total: $120 USD + taxes + 22% tip If that doesn't add up to more than $160 USD, feel free to contact me so I can teach you a little math. P.S.: Learn to respect your customers. Just because someone didn't enjoy their experience at your restaurant doesn't mean they got drunk, nor does it mean their children lacked a "refined" palate. (You might want to rethink your definition of "refined," since neither your restaurant nor the food you serve there fits the description; it *tries* to be refined, but it definitely isn't.) It simply means you had a customer who didn't feel satisfied with what they consumed and found there was no correlation between the price and the quality. That is exactly what this app is for, to share those experiences, not to coddle the inflated egos of bad restaurant owners like you with five-star ratings.

It was a bad experience. After reading a couple of reviews, we thought this would be a good option for our Sunday dinner. The place attempts to be an elegant restaurant, and to be honest, it isn’t , but I certainly expected much more from the food, which turned out to be disappointing. The only thing I could highlight is the service. Regarding the food: I ordered the *steak frites*. I had seen in previous photos that someone mentioned a dish featuring a 14-oz New York strip steak, which seemed quite appealing to me, though I assumed the portion wouldn’t actually be quite that large. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I noticed that the menu listed a different cut instead, also a very high-quality one (hanger steak). However, I was in for a surprise when the dish was brought to my table. Honestly, it was a plate piled high with french fries, accompanied by a mere handful, approximately five pieces of hanger steak. First of all, the quantity was incredibly scant for a $49 dish; I am certain there was less than 5 oz of meat. Furthermore, it wasn’t cooked correctly, which meant it lacked the tenderness it should have had. Neither the flavor nor the portion size could justify the price of this dish, making it a total disappointment for our dinner. As for my wife’s meal, I won’t go into details, but it was equally disastrous; not even the cocktails could salvage our bad experience. Please don’t take this personally; it is merely honest feedback. I am sure you have been in the business for many years, but in my personal experience, dining here felt like eating at a bad restaurant. When you take so much time and use so many words trying to explain and prove why the customer is the one who is wrong, I believe it is absolute evidence of the lack of self awareness you possess as a restaurant owner. Incredibly mediocre. Pretends to be fancy reataraunt when in reality it's nothing but sugar coating. But hey in 2026 that's probably a great business model bc most people are incapable of looking at anything beyond the surface. I got the filet mignon and it was just not good. Not bad but certainly not good
