Val's Lesbian Bar

Lovely lesbian bar! Definitely my future bar of choice from now on! Excellent drinks, fantastic atmosphere, and kind staff. The vibes were awesome, and the neighborhood is super cute.

my only complaint is i wish yall would turn on all the ceiling fans when its disgustingly humid 😅

So many people packed in, it was hard to even get to the bar! They seemed a bit overwhelmed, and it took ages to get our drinks. When they finally came, they weren't what we expected. Might try again on a quieter night, maybe it's better then.

Lots of space and a nice outdoor patio to get some air! We had a lot of fun coming here for a pride dance party in June. Decent prices and lots happening re: events!

I like that they have a free earplugs dispenser right next to their water dispenser. Very healthy bar.

thank GOD we have a lesbian bar back in philly!!! the drinks are very affordable, the staff are incredible, and the food is delicious (and also affordable)! best part obviously is that it's a bar full of women! no worrying about a man spiking your drink or getting all up in your space or following you out the door. overall an A+ experience.

Have been here twice and had great times.

The Femme FM event was an amazing times, some of the best DJs I’ve seen in the city and had the crowd dancing all night. Drinks are always good and the bartenders are lovely, I especially like the batanga. The bouncers are EASILY my favorite in the city and do a phenomenal job. Pauline and Danielle are lovely to talk to and they always check on people when they enter and leave and I feel safe when they’re around.
