Overall fine experience. Just what you expect at this prices. I would stay again.

Staff was nice, and the hotel was clean and bed was comfortable... but I could only lay in it as my room was next to the road and every 10 minutes the light rail would come by with its horn, bells, and announcements and keep waking me all night. Can't blame the light rail but there needs to be better soundproofing for your rooms near the street.

I would not stay at this hotel again for work travel. It's fine if you need an affordable place to stay for personal travel, but with the nature of business travel (plans change, reservations need to be edited) there was no flexibility in working with me on a penalty change incurred because of our corporate booking system.

Great hotel for convention stays, especially for the price point. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the lobby/interior had a unique, upscale style. The rooms had windows but nothing much to look at, just a nearby building. No microwaves in the rooms, however the lobby does have one for use with a paid snack area. It did not feel like your typical modern hotel. The location was excellent, only about a 5-minute walk to the convention center while still feeling slightly removed from the crowds. Everything nearby was within walking distance, and the hotel felt very safe with keycard elevator access and locked front doors at night. My only major issue was the parking. The parking area is shared with convention center visitors, so it fills up quickly and can be confusing. A few times my car was blocked into its spot, which was frustrating. The hotel also doesn't handle the parking, an attendant does so you must rely on this person to instruct you on where to park. Parking daily was 42 dollars I believe which is pricey, even more so when the daily parking for non stayers I BELIEVE?? is cheaper... The area can also be a bit loud because of the trolley and convention traffic, and most nearby restaurants are very expensive. Like 100+ per person expensive. I wish I would have checked on this before I visited. I would have brought my own food. No microwaves in the rooms, however the lobby does have one for use with a paid snack area. Overall though, I had a very positive experience and would stay here again. This has been one of my better hotel experiences in the last couple years.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a very important day planned. Unfortunately, my experience was not restful or comfortable. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel was extremely loud throughout my stay, with constant disturbances from other guests, nearby train sounds and horns throughout the night, as well as ongoing construction. Because of this, I was not able to sleep properly. The room itself was small but clean. However, the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, which made rest even more difficult. Another downside was the lack of food options. There was no breakfast available, not even for purchase, which was inconvenient for a business stay. In addition, the parking garage is not attached to the hotel, which made things inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, while the hotel was clean, the noise level, lack of amenities, and parking inconvenience made it a difficult stay, particularly for a business trip where rest is important. Also one important advice, do not use the coffee inside the room.

First off--massive thanks to Rhianon and Linh for their incredible service and hospitality during my trip. The front desk team here is top notch and will do their best to help when any issues arise. The first night there was great, but when I arrived back to the room and was settling in for the second night, a party group had rented several rooms on my floor and were yelling down the hallways to talk to one another. Front Desk got me upgraded to a bigger room on a different floor and the rest of my stay was absolute bliss. Only reason i can't give 5 stars is because of the trolley. The bell noise is incessant every 15 minutes and on some sides of the hotel, can feel like its just outside the window. if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. That said, the walls are THICK and there's concrete in between the floors, so it is more quiet than other hotels if you're on the other side from the trolley, which is where they put me after the room change. Loved the vibe of the hotel but no breakfast was a bummer and the restaurant off the lobby is massively overpriced for what it is.
