Be very careful in this area including in the office itself. Do not confuse this with the drop in center a block away.

This agency gave me Taoufik Atallah Zelalem Kassa Hussien Wabe all of these individuals was not very professional. Hussien wabe said I was not listening in a very impatient manner. I would talk to him on the phone and he would talk very aggressive. Since then I've had problems with the 7 eleven gas stations. When I finally moved in I was moving my clothes in my unit when I had 2 coats stolen and later seen my coat on a kid asked him where he got coat from said his mom friend sold it to him. I called law enforcement they came to office. Leasing office said they can not pull up camera and will have to send for video. Officer never followed up with me about this case and it seems like law officers in Seattle gets paid come pick up person weather a real crime was committed or not. I think that's not ok you get paid out of or tax money to protect and serve the whole community no matter what race or how much money you have. I've been harassed ever since I was enrolled in this program

Never allow the client to have another option purposely connects you to or bunks you with their choice of like minded people which causes theft and abuse and client to get kicked out mental and medical assistance isn't available for all though all quality let me down bed bug to drug abuse on all campus I've been to

Great staff amazing services

My journey with desc changed my life. 10 years of addiction services,intensive mental health services,physciatric services truly changed my life. My case mgr Lisa Grillo literally saved my life numerous times. I believe God assigned her to me as my gaurdian angel. I am back home with my family after a 40 year abscence. Clean sober and and able to live and function in society. Their investment in my life has truly Saved me. Incredible the lengths these people will go to to help the mentally ill and addicted. the forgotten, the marginalized. They work everyday to let you know that you are worth saving.It took them almost 11 years but they loved me unconditionally and healed me.. their motto Meet people wherever they are in their addiction Housing First!!! They returned my Dignity to Me. Incredible Agency! Incredible People.

Recently a fellow neighbor was robbed at gun point in his apt. I feel if they were montierd by video and who was coming in the building then that would not have happened to him. It makes me worried and scared for my safety I mean that is one of the reasons why staff is here all night. Right? I think people get to comfortable with their job and and stop paying attention to what they are supposed to do.
