The Conch House Motel

We recently stayed at The Conch House Motel for two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. We traveled with my in-laws and our five-year-old son, and from the moment we arrived, every employee made us feel welcomed and valued. You can tell there is a tremendous amount of pride and care being put into both the motel and marina. Our room was beautifully updated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The renovations and upgrades they have been making absolutely show. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. We also brought our boat and used the marina during our stay. The marina staff was phenomenal—friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The pool area was another highlight. We learned from the manager that they have recently implemented a guest-only policy with limited access, and it made such a difference. The pool was relaxing, never overcrowded, and perfect for families. One afternoon, the manager even brought guests fresh watermelon, which was such a thoughtful touch and speaks volumes about the level of hospitality here. What impressed us most was how much every employee seemed to genuinely care about the guest experience. That level of service is hard to find and is what turns a good stay into a great one. The rates are incredibly reasonable for the quality of accommodations, service, and amenities you receive. We left already talking about our next trip back. If you’ve been considering staying at The Conch House Motel, don’t pass it up. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, updated, family-friendly place to stay with an outstanding marina and exceptional staff.
