Prestige Collection - Boutique Hotel

I do staycations quite frequently as I live 50 mins away. I love staying in downtown as a little escape from the everyday grind. Prestige will definitely be a new addition to the my stays. The pictures are exactly what you will get .but the true gem that makes your stay is Eme. Anything you need...she is there to help with a smile 😃 . Upon arrival there was an issue with parking .I had a lovely conversation with one of the owners, he assured me that I would have no issues .I have a honda pilot and parking is limited and very tite.make sure you reach out to reserve a spot. Upon arriving only one spot left and it was the smallest.made another call talked with a different owner who basically told me ,listen you have a spot im sure if you are a good driver you will fit. Actually, I'm an excellent driver....I grew up where it's mandatory to parallel park . It was that spot or on the streets is what I was told with no sympathy for the predicament. Needless to say at this point I'm super aggravated. They need to assign you a spot based on the size of your vehicle and on a first call basis so as to have less issues. But Eme the caretaker on duty could sense my stress and she was determined to not let this ruin the start to my stay. Before I even got off the phone she set the wheels in motion and asked a guest with a very small car to switch with me. Problem solved . With Eme there are no problems......I hope the owners realize that Eme is the one that makes all the stays amazing. I found out someone I knew stayed there and said the exact same thing about her. Enough said. The rooms are cozy, bed amazing ,and Soooo comfortable . Excellent location. Loved my stay. Eme thanks again for everthing ❤️

Place was cute in pics, bed was horrible. Worst nights sleep. There were hairs on the sheets when we got there. The floors were oily…..?

Each and every space exudes charm. Such care goes into every detail. The hostess is so hospitable and kind, the beds are comfortable (we had a double full room) water pressure & temp is great, the pool is cozy, quiet & private. I suggest calling before your arrival to get the front door code and room code. Parking is limited to a few spots but there's street parking. We're already talking about our next stay!

We stayed here while attending Reggae Rise Up at Vinoy Park and had a great experience. Mark, the owner, personally greeted us, made sure our car was safely parked, showed us around the house, and even brought my husband a drink — such a welcoming touch. The place was spotless and smelled fresh without being overpowering. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The location is perfect for events at Vinoy Park. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great little boutique hotel. Very friendly owner, Mark. Only stayed overnight...wish we could have been able to use the pool. Great area. Convenient to everything. Great food everywhere. Friendly people.

Super cute boutique hotel. The owner is incredibly nice and responsive. The pool and hot tub area is very relaxing. Parking is tight. Hotel is very close and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Prompt, thorough cleaning every day.

Absolutely loved this place! Great location with excellent customer service and pristine cleanliness! I will definitely come back again.
