Beautiful location, but the rooms are ageing & very expensive.

I stayed here a total of 4 adults and it was wonderful.. David and Tai a the front desk were very helpful and made me feel very welcomed. They made the process easy and quick. I will definitely come back t this property for a super 5 star vacation 😎

Our stay here was great! I'll start with the only bad thing we ran into so I can go off on how awesome the resort is!! The only issue we ran into was our shower didn't drain as it should, so the water would still be there while showering just draining very slowly. Now the good stuff: The staff were great, very nice, very helpful, and very professional. The resort was clean and maintained and they also lend out boogie boards!!! The gym was awesome, had a lot of different options and was clean. The restaurant that's attached was very good as well. But the very best part was the view!!!! It was our first time in Virginia Beach and I am very glad we stayed here because it was a great experience!!!!!

Lovely place for food. Clean hotel!

The hotel is nice enough and maybe we had bad luck, but there were some issues. One TV was badly sunwashed so it wasn't usable. Our AC units, in the suite, ran nicely - but didn't run accurately. They were either overrunning and keeping it too cool or not cooling enough - no in-between. And shutting them off was immediately hot because of outside heat. Beyond that, I didn't know ahead of time that there was no room cleaning service without a charge. It was never explained - though you could find it with a lot of digging. So while a nice hotel? For the price, I expected more.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Loved all the windows. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and nice. Great coffee machine in the lobby area! The beach was perfect. What a great time!!

Central to all activities!

First let me start by saying me and my family drove 4 hrs for a lil getaway and spent 500 on a room for the night. Upon arrival the staff were great! It was 2 hrs into us being there where I had my 16 yr old and 8 yr old go in the inside pool while I went to the beach to set all our stuff up I come back not even 10mins later and my kids coming running out telling me that Tammy Dubois The General manager had my 8 yr old sit and told her not to move until I arrived even tho she was with her older sister and was mean about it as my oldest stated and said she didn’t even ask her how old she was or anything. I asked them to bring me to her as I walked to her I asked her what happened she explained to me on her exact words that the sign CLEARLY states no kids unsupervised I then stated to her ok I understand but to make someone’s child sit and they are with a teenage sibling you should of just sent them to get me!!! I told her she had no right doing that as an adult neither and to not say anything to my child again. She then stated I can get off her property o then told her me and my family just drove 4 hrs but ok please refund me because at that point I didn’t want to stay!! She then stated in her exact words with my kids standing right there and staff and other people who were staying there she was giving me SHIT and walked away! I was so blown and caught off guard but the front desk manager Johnathan was AMAZING and stated she was wrong for saying that and that we did not have to leave and it was unnecessary and that he would make sure we were good! He was sooooo professional and I am so grateful for him and really him being professional and handling it how he did on her behalf! Ok so we get to the front and Tammy the GM was upfront telling her front desk staff to refund me and call security if needed??!! Absolutely unnecessary I was so humiliated in front of my family and people who were staying there looking at her crazy too! I am not what so ever even a confrontational person I can’t believe as a General Manager you disrespected me like this and humiliated me in front of my kids and ruin a one day trip we took time and money it’s so hard enough to even get time to vacation with family bc we work so much. I am still so upset and can’t believe she’s even a general manager acting the way she did!!
