3rd time here and will be back. 4th time was even better.

Every course was spot on! Highlighting California produce makes such a difference. Service was amazing! Warm and welcoming team. Loved every aspect of this restaurant, between design, flavor, presentation and service. I will be back and recommend to anyone seeking a good meal in Palm Springs!

We loved this place. Service and ambiance were excellent. They overcooked the burger a bit but made it right and it was still delicious.

A truly fantastic location and a delicious restaurant. The restaurant's interior is a real eye-catcher with a stunning decor. We had a wonderful evening during our trip through the USA. And the service was amazing, thanks Jeff – thank you so much! 🤩 🙏

Cool spot, good food, (clean and flavorful), love the indoor and outdoor vibe. Good drinks! Had the m80 and the Sancerre tasting. Pictured is the halibut and the chocolate creme. Would try the pizza next time

Loved this place! We sat at the bar and had three starter dishes between the two of us. The stracciatella, the pizza, and the lamb kefta. All were incredible especially the lamb - wow. Amazing flavors. We also had the pistachio dulce de leche for dessert and it was delicious and so unique. Overall great experience with food and service!!

Workshop came highly recommended and, given its Michelin Guide recognition, we expected thoughtful hospitality to match the food. Unfortunately, the service was shockingly unpleasant from start to finish. When we first sat down, we asked our server “Jerry”, for guidance on the menu — what dishes were especially popular or standout favorites. Rather than offering any real insight, he visibly rolled his eyes, sighed, and repeatedly responded with variations of “it just depends what you like,” while showing clear annoyance that we were asking questions at all. At one point, I had narrowed my choice down to two dishes and explained that I wanted to order something that best highlighted the chef’s talent. Instead of offering any perspective, he simply reread the printed ingredients back to me. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I decided not to order wine simply to avoid having to engage with him further. Things escalated later when we asked about a pizza that had not yet arrived at the table. While he had previously mentioned pizzas come out when ready, his response was: “Well, we had this conversation.” When we calmly asked why he was being rude, he argued with us, rolled his eyes again, and walked away. I ultimately asked to speak with a manager. While she did switch servers, it was at the very end of the meal when there was little left to remedy. What was most surprising was that the restaurant then presented the full bill without removing or adjusting a single item after such an unpleasant experience. Everyone has off nights, but this felt less like poor service and more like active hostility toward guests asking perfectly reasonable questions. For a restaurant of this caliber and price point, the level of disdain we experienced was genuinely astounding. Jerry should be terminated immediately.

Food was decent but the service was terrible. Bus boy introduced the server as a short and fat man, the server chose to reprimand us when we asked him to check on a pizza order for our teen and after the extreme and shocking behavior from the waiter, we were charged full price. I had been to this restaurant in the past and had a memorable - good - experience. But this visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If this is one of Palm Springs finer dining experiences, I would seriously question a visit. Far better options elsewhere.
