The room was poorly located. The one we were assigned faced a busy hallway. It was impossible to sleep. The food was mediocre; I've been here before and the food was incredible. The staff was a 10/10; everyone was incredibly attentive and the service was amazing. Matias was a gem! He went above and beyond; super attentive and kind. It's a beautiful hotel, ideal for relaxing, away from everything, but the service offered to Brazilians is not the same as that offered to locals.

A very nice place to rest and relax. The place is beautiful, and the staff in every department are super attentive and friendly. We will definitely return.

Nice spot... almost exclusively for fishermen. But it could also be enjoyed as a couple with the rooms overlooking the river. Limited selection and low quality wines included in the full-board option.

Spectacular place, it's a shame we went on some very cold days, but even so we enjoyed it. They could have a buffet with cookies, cakes, and juices in the middle of the afternoon, because we went with children and waiting until 8 pm for dinner seems too late. Otherwise, I have no complaints, only praise.
