March 2026. Sometimes Google reviews are unfair or a bit inaccurate, so I'm going to share my experience. Overall, it was good. Upon arrival, they charged me for the entire stay, which I read as a complaint, but it seems normal; generally, you either pay in advance or upon arrival. The two things that shocked me were that they offered early check-in for 12,500 pesos. This is usually done as a courtesy, and I don't think it's wrong to charge for a late checkout. And among the stupid rules they have is the prohibition of bringing drinks into the hotel. There's no refrigerator in the room, and they don't allow you to bring in drinks from outside even when the outside temperature was 41 degrees Celsius. It's a large hotel. When I arrived, the room had a bad smell, but that was because it had been without air conditioning for a while; it went away when the air conditioning was turned on. The room was fine, and the bathroom was too. It's an older hotel, yes, and I read some bad reviews, but that wasn't my experience. Breakfast receives the same criticism from everyone: the utensils are disposable. Personally, that doesn't bother me, as there was no evidence that they are reused as claimed, except for the plates, which are made of hard plastic. Everything else was always spotless. The breakfast items are good, nothing outstanding, but the chipa (a type of Paraguayan cheese bread) is one of the best. On the other hand, the rules state that cleaning service is only provided in the afternoon if requested by the guest. In my case, it was provided even though I didn't request it. Regarding the criticism of the game room, the regulations clarify that a security deposit is required. Perhaps the overall feeling is that it's not worth the price, but I reiterate, it's a hotel with a large structure, and the staff treats guests very well. I'm leaving my opinion here in case it's helpful.

I don't recommend this hotel. It's pretty but bad. The shower doesn't drain easily, the toilet got clogged, and when you opened the curtains, the view was awful. The TV was two inches and far away. The bed, linens, and towels were good, and it was clean. The breakfast was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life—disposable tableware! The knives broke when you used them. Coffee and milk were served in old, broken thermoses. When I asked the girl for hot water for my thermos, she wouldn't put down her phone and told me I had to get it from the dispenser. Parking was an extra $20! A very bad experience—expensive and poor quality.

Good location. The breakfast is terrible. Disposable plastic and Styrofoam tableware, very inconvenient. Limited selection of fruits and natural juices, let alone gluten-free options. I hope they take this into account because what one pays is not in line with the services they offer.
