About This Event

The Buenos Aires Marcha del Orgullo—the city's Pride march—brings about 600,000 people into the streets every November. It's one of the biggest LGBTQ+ events anywhere.

The route itself is historic: starting at the Plaza del Congreso and heading down Avenida de Mayo to the Plaza de Mayo, past the pink Casa Rosada. This is the path of Argentine protest, from the legislature to the executive.

Buenos Aires Pride started in 1992. It's only really stopped for the country's economic meltdowns.

November's spring in the Southern Hemisphere, so temperatures are in the low-to-mid twenties. Good weather for a huge outdoor party.

Expect a full week of parties, films, and talks before the march. Amerika and Glam will be packed. It’s the biggest LGBTQ+ event in South America. If you're coming for Pride, book your hotel months ahead.
