My stay on February 2, 2026, at a hotel with an excellent location near Baquedano Avenue, the beach, and other amenities. The hotel combines rustic charm with modern comforts, creating a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. - Very friendly staff - Excellent breakfast - Pleasant ambiance - The room met the basic needs for a good night's sleep (closet, two beds, bathroom, TV) - A weak point was the ventilation; the heat was stifling in the room, though not so much at night. A good fan would have been very helpful.

Very warm welcome, lovely place, peaceful, I highly recommend it. Their hospitality is very pleasant. I congratulate them on maintaining both old and modern features.

Outrageous! We booked a double room for one night through Booking.com. Upon arrival, the receptionist told us the Booking.com price was incorrect and that the room was actually more expensive. They then offered us a less desirable room for the price listed on Booking.com: $44 USD. Then they told us that $44 USD was equivalent to 50,000 CLP, when it was actually 40,700 CLP! The receptionist did nothing to resolve the issue and didn't even apologize. It was truly bizarre! We ended up canceling the reservation. What a shame.
