if you are gay and think sex can be a pleasure : this place will degrade your feelings to the absolute bottom. I have not visited any less appealing gay sauna ever around the world. there was nothing ( zero) to appeal here - badly maintained place. not really clean. most places dark as if that would appeal to anyone, not a single space for sex ( but I did not seen cabins at Dexter's charge),nothing for free here, frequented by people who may felt like I felt when here - total losers paying 27 AUD for what? gay sauna? really? for who? with price at pair with Sydney/ Australia ( one most expensive place on earth) , but incomparable. the owners should be rethinking the business model here...but as visitor, I don't recommend to visit ever
Very spacious and well-equipped. My favorite features are the pool and the jacuzzi on the first floor. Everything else is perfectly adequate, though that really depends on personal taste. Personally, it's one of my favorite places in Santiago.
During the week, from Monday to Friday, it's almost empty, with few people. Sunday is better, but it's a bit dirty on the upper floors. The entrance fee is $17,000 for what it is. I don't recommend it, but there's no better option that I know of. The owner should at least lower the entrance fee to $10,000 at all times, without restrictions.
Terrible experience. You can only open your locker three times, the towels are awful, and there's a guard who watches you undress and monitors everything you do when you open your locker—zero privacy. It's the first sauna I've ever been to with a guard where you change clothes. I don't want to go to a place where they treat you like a criminal. The entrance fee is expensive for how little they clean, and the dark hallway smelled like rancid cheese. To top it all off, the smoking area is small and uncomfortable. The restrictions are excessive, and the customer service is terrible. I absolutely do not recommend it.
I didn't have a good experience last Tuesday with the atmosphere at the store. Furthermore, I observed a situation that made me uncomfortable: a worker, a middle-aged man with white hair and glasses who attends to the lockers, was looking at one that appeared to be in use, as there were clothes inside. This occurred when no one else was around, which I found inappropriate. When I entered, the worker didn't notice me, so I was able to clearly see what was happening. I believe this type of practice should be reviewed to ensure the safety and confidence of customers.
I used the lockers and then noticed my driver's license and some cash were missing. I hate to say it, but a man with white hair and glasses was in charge at the time, so it would be important to check the security cameras. They couldn't have gone missing anywhere else, since I drove straight home from the sauna. It's a very serious situation, especially considering there have already been several complaints about lost belongings at this service. I only realized they were missing when I got home, after leaving the establishment. You use these kinds of services trusting that your belongings are safe, but after this experience, that trust is lost. I understand that the owner wants to protect his staff, but it's a difficult situation to accept when it happens to you.
I've been several times and I like it quite a lot. I've never had a bad experience with the staff, quite the opposite. It's true that some towels do have a particular smell, but otherwise everything is fine.
