I came here two years ago and everything was so nice. The cafeteria was working. There was a very efficient woman there, offering everything and very helpful. It's not like that anymore. There's a young man working there instead. We asked for the jacuzzi and it took them 17 minutes to call us. The person in charge was the same young man who was standing a few feet away behind a door. We tried to ask the massage therapist, but because she was taking a personal call, she gestured for us to wait. The place is full of limescale—on the floors, the walls, the shower tiles, and even the ceilings. The steam and dry showers were even worse, with dark stains in the corners. The windows weren't maintained. There were dark stains that you can just wipe off. Not all the showers have hot water. The safety straps on the curtains in the changing rooms don't work, and in some, they're simply missing. The place is very nice, but it's not properly maintained. It looks bad. Let's hope the owners do their part to make it look much better and more attractive. That said, the music is very good. Hopefully it will improve.
Terrible service, very dark, the pool didn't have enough water, they weren't circulating the water
I don't recommend it, bad service, I wouldn't go back.
From the receptionist to the food vendor, the experience was terrible. She doesn't know how to treat customers, and the one selling food is even worse. 0% recommended. A terrible place to spend some time in peace and quiet.
