The receptionist on the evenings or afternoons is a bitter woman; she treats you badly, charges exorbitant fees for using credit cards or Yape (a Peruvian mobile payment system), doesn't provide receipts, gives you a remote control and a key, and doesn't even provide toilet paper, towels, or soap. And that's not the worst part: the rooms have no internet, no electricity, everything is in bad condition. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I would have asked for a complaint book, but if you have the opportunity to go to this hotel, seriously, don't.

Zero stars. It's all hype. From the moment you walk in, you feel the bad vibes. There's no parking for motorcycles, and the receptionist is bitter. A total disappointment.

The advertising is misleading; the TVs don't have internet, no Netflix or YouTube, the lights don't work, and the jacuzzi is just cold water with a little soap. The reception staff are terrible, and the prices are exorbitant for what they offer: S/70 for 3 hours.

The rooms are awful; even a basic room is like a themed room, nothing special. The staff offers no solutions to room problems; the lights don't work, and the TV is basic. The receptionist is a nightmare, provides terrible customer service, and yet they charge for fixing absolutely nothing.

Of all the places I've stayed, this hotel takes the prize for worst service and most shameless behavior. They promise internet access, a comfortable bed, towels, and a hot shower… but the only thing that materialized was frustration. The remote control didn't work; they brought several, and none of them were compatible. They promised to buy batteries, but it seems they went off to manufacture them because they never returned. We asked for another room, and magically, only the most expensive ones were available. When we complained or asked for a refund, the manager treated us with incredible arrogance, as if the fault lay with us for expecting them to deliver what they promised. In short: a hotel that sells empty promises, not solutions. A complete lack of respect for the customer, zero empathy, and service so bad it's almost comical. Don't waste your money here; there are ATMs that treat people better.

A bad experience, it's the second time I've gone, the rooms are dirty, they charge you for everything and nothing, even for transactions, the owner thinks it's free or what, in the end the receptionist is a disgusting person, the first time I went I thought it was a bad day for her, the second time the same but this time they even touched me for overtime, even coming to charge me in the room, knocking like 8 times, nono, my opinion don't go if you don't want to have a bad day, they almost didn't even let me leave the hotel for 10 soles more, between 7pm I left 11:30am I ended up paying 160. Terrible customer service in short.

One of the dirtiest places to stay, and the service is the worst! I don't recommend it at all, and to top it off, they don't even provide receipts because the tax authorities have already investigated them. So be careful!

Rooms were acceptable, but the reception staff was terrible; the woman there seemed more like a drill sergeant than anything else, and the treatment was very poor.
