Friendly staff, excellent service, quiet street only 15 min walking distance from downtown. The owner, Jean-Louis, has been a wonderful host. I recommend this place without hesitation and would return any time
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique Villa Elisa in Arequipa and can only recommend it highly. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone we met was kind, attentive and extremely helpful, always making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out and made a big difference to our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, clean and charming, and the garden and surroundings created a calm atmosphere that felt perfect after long days exploring Arequipa. It is the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed. Travelling as a family, we especially appreciated the combination of comfort, quiet surroundings and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit. Hotel Boutique Villa Elisa was one of those places that made our stay in Arequipa even better. A beautiful hotel, lovely conditions and truly outstanding staff. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.
Highly recommended!! My wife and I had an amazing time. Everyone was incredibly attentive.
We stayed here for two nights. Very friendly owner. Delicious food. Location outside the center, but a taxi to the center is about 3 EUR. The rooms are clean. Ours was large and had a renovated bathroom. Some rooms were smaller and had a slightly older bathroom. Nice garden. We didn't use the pool.
We stayed at Villa Elisa in April this year. Nice and cosy hotel located in a quiet area of Arequipa. The room is nice and clean and the personnel is very attentive to your needs. The owner, Jean Louis has been very helpful with tips on visiting the surroundings and restaurants. Beautiful and highly appreciated garden. Highly recommended!
We stayed at this hotel for one night and were generally satisfied. The room with a balcony was very nice, the bathroom was modern, and everything was clean and tidy. We also liked the hotel grounds – they have a special character thanks to many small details. The breakfast selection was rather limited; we would have liked a bit more variety. However, it was a plus that we could order fresh eggs from the waitstaff. All in all, a pleasant stay – with minor drawbacks regarding breakfast and the fact that it's not in the most central location.
