What reviewers say

Visitors praise Hotel Hospedaje Paraiso as a welcoming, discreet, and clean accommodation, particularly for the LGBT community, offering necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. However, a significant complaint concerns the rude and unhelpful attitude of a young man at reception. Some guests also note new restrictions preventing movement on certain floors due to external factors.

A very welcoming and discreet accommodation, but above all with the amenities needed to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Hello, good afternoon. I have a complaint about the young man at reception. I understand that some people have bad days, but he has the worst attitude. If he doesn't like his job, he should leave and find another one. He speaks to you rudely, doesn't explain things, gives you information in a negative way, and complains if you ask him anything. Not to mention the facial expressions he made. He was a terrible welcome. I won't be back because of him. His attitude is so passive. How can you treat customers badly, especially when they're the ones who pay your bills? I bet if he didn't have customers, he wouldn't have a job, or maybe the owner does. But it was the worst experience I've ever had in a place like this. The room isn't the best, but for the price, it leaves much to be desired. It's supposed to be a themed room, but it's the same as the others; there's no difference between the 30-sol room and the 24-sol room. It's the same; it even has a TV, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. The bathroom walls are dirty, and the window overlooking the shower is even dirtier. The wall behind the bed was dirty, and since I received poor treatment at reception and was charged 40 soles for something that was no different from the 30-soles options, it leaves a very bad experience. It's better to find another place with better service than the receptionist. Don't come here!!!
