I have to give it one star. The room and bathroom were full of bugs. The hotel is in a run-down state. Some of the electrical outlets are burnt out; when you plug something in, it makes noise and gives off a light! It's very dangerous. We were told breakfast was at 7:00 AM, but the next day at 7:00 AM, we were told it was 8:00 AM. The bathroom is from another era; the water runs brown...
Good place to hang out as a couple
Beautiful
The rooms weren't bad, but there was no hot water or TV. Considering they advertise themselves as a "3-star" hotel, this deficiency is unacceptable. The facilities are in need of maintenance in several aspects. I appreciate the staff's friendliness and positive attitude, but if I had the choice, I'd prefer another hotel.
My friend came to Peru and left her cell phone in her suitcase, and it simply disappeared. No one could give her any explanation, and no matter how many times she asked to see the security camera footage, they never showed it to her; they were very evasive. The worst part was that both her watch and her other cell phone indicated that the phone was there.
