Hampton Inn Scranton At Montage Mountain

Huge thank you to Deanna who went above and beyond to help us find a room suitable for my elderly travel companion who is challenged sleeping in a traditional bed because of a back injury. She is amazing! We are so grateful!

Expect traffic noise all night, at intersection of major highways, although I asked for quiet side. That’s extra cost apparently. Walls are thin. Beds are clean & comfortable, but hairs left on bathtub wall. Not helpful when asking about room rate and paying cash, as Canadian. They’d take credit card at 50% exchange, so more expensive than comfort inn next door. Breakfast was better though & paying for pool.

I would like to make special thanks for friendly and welcoming team at this hotel ,everybody working there is special character starting by Gabin reception desk who is very sweet and helpful guy all the time and whenever you need him,he dont hesitate to help from desk reception , help in making the breakfast everymorning on time with love to serving the people ,The hotel is very luck to have you ,you are multitasking man ,while the other ladies Shaina, Diane ,Bar , Yulia and Juwana and the others including Tedd ,are awesome and right people in right place. I hope hampton to keep them always ,they are a great team. While housekeeping ,I should start by Debbie is a wonderful person work with love and optimum to the max ,the best service I got always. Ross ,amber , Gabii,Brittany and namoin and other spanish old woman I don't remember her name are wonderful tooo and very helpful always and try always to make the guest comfortable in what need. I want also to thank the other guys in housekeeping ,I dont remember their name Two men old /one help me today in my luggage ,I am very appreciated for everything. While In weekend,enjoy the Breakfast from Marry ,very lovely person and thanks for you and thanks for breakfast and thanks for selenium tooo

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hampton Inn. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well-organized. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a TV with streaming options that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. The amenities were also a nice highlight. The breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and had a good variety of options each morning. The pool and gym were clean and convenient, and the game room with a pool table added a nice extra touch. I also appreciated the guest computer access, which made things more convenient during my stay. Overall, it was a reliable, comfortable stay with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay again.

Location is okay if you’re visiting Scranton or just passing through. The hotel was clean and felt safe.

Pool area was not clean. Clumps of hair on the ground. Plus lots of chipping paint on the floor. In need of some attention. Room was fine except no hair conditioner left in the bottle. Nice to have breakfast which included waffles, omelets, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, etc

Great place to stay, pool is open 24/7 very clean, good service and free breakfast available, clean en nice room 5 start

The hotel was not in the middle of Scranton but a 10 minute ride from the center of the city, in Moosic. Basically across the road from Montage Mountain. Very convenient. Great indoor pool… clean and lots of fun for all!

Clean, friendly staff, had an issue with our first floor room but the staff was quick to accommodate.
