Rosedon Hotel

My wife and I met in Bermuda 50 years ago. She stayed at the Rosedon. We came back on a cruise and revisited the Rosedon with a friend who is in a wheelchair. We came for a drink, but unfortunately, there was no way for our friend to join us inside for a drink. Hotel staff went out of their way to allow us to have a drink outside by placing several umbrellas together (it was raining) and wiping down the chairs and tables. Even in the rain, we enjoyed our visit!

A very pleasant hotel with an exceptional F&B program. Every meal was excellent at every location.

Historic hotel in the business district of Bermuda. Rooms are spacious. AC could be improved. Pool is small, but no kids allowed so quiet place to relax. Food is great at their restaurant!

Honestly, this place is a total gem! 🤤The lowdown:The Pizza: Real wood-fired perfection. Thin crust, crispy edges, and toppings that actually taste fresh. The Truffle pizza and the classic Neapolitan are 10/10. Even if you’ve had pizza in Italy, this spot holds its own! 🇮🇹✨The Vibe: It’s like a secret garden. Super cozy, especially at night when the fairy lights are on. It’s the perfect mix of elegant and laid-back — great for a date or just hanging with friends.The Drinks: Definitely try their cocktails. The mixologists here really know what they’re doing. 🍸Clarabell’s is officially my new favorite on the island. We were so impressed with the Rosedon. The friendliness of the staff and the ‘small family’ vibes made this boutique hotel feel a bespoke experience. The grounds made us feel secluded from the outside world. The location in downtown Hamilton was as convenient as you could get. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping, transportation, etc. Good variety of restaurants at the hotel which offers something for everyone. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel if you visit Bermuda!

Very poor service. Went to this hotel in 2019 with my pregnant wife and the staff was incredibly rude to us throughout the trip. Not a 4 star hotel, do not recommend.

This hotel has the kindest staff and top notch service. I stayed for 2 months on a work trip, and the team went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I loved my stay and can't wait to come back again in the future!

Hotel is just not great for business. Arrived on a Monday at lunch time , they don’t have a restaurant (reception pointed me to a food truck type of thing in the garden where they sell bagels and you sit outside - and it was rainy and cold). They don’t have a gym - you have to sign a waiver then they give you a fob key (and there is only one for all guests) then you go across the street to where the gym is. So if you are pressed for time , it doesn’t work. Shower was cold at night and apparently I was not the only room complaining about this. It’s a convenient location for business but just not a great experience overall.

The drink was made beautifully balanced, light yet layered, and presented with quiet confidence. ALL the staff was welcoming and engaging!!!!
