Wow, what a lovely experience. Yes you're at a classy hotel and you get all the comfort and service, but the food was a taste of home. You get to try local dishes as well as a good selection of international dishes. There is also entertainment so you don't even need to go outside if you want to. The staff are so lovely, Bella, Nicholas, Nissan and Tinika to name a few of the lovely staff. Would definitely recommend the experience.

What a little gem! My husband and I stayed here for 1 week. The reviews are true - they take pride in service and the food was wonderful. We didn't even make it to the entrance! We had staff taking our bags and greeting us with rum punch and wonderful smiles. I can say that we've been to many all inclusive resorts and this place is one of our favorites. To the staff: we miss you all and thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. With love from Canada ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I recently stayed at Bel Jou Hotel for one week with my friend, and I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable and memorable holidays I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and looked after by the incredible staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever we needed assistance, there was always someone willing to help with a smile. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The variety offered throughout the week was fantastic, with themed dinner nights that kept every evening exciting. We enjoyed Italian, Asian, Indian, Caribbean, and other delicious cuisines, all prepared to a high standard. The buffet breakfast each morning was equally impressive, offering plenty of choice and a great start to the day. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. The pools were fantastic—clean, warm, and always well looked after. The grounds and facilities were spotless throughout our stay, which really reflected the pride the staff take in the hotel. A special thank you also goes to the hotel team for helping us organise excursions during our stay. Every trip was seamless, and we had the absolute best time exploring the island. The staff went above and beyond to help us experience the very best of Saint Lucia, and those memories will stay with us forever. One particular highlight was the famous Gros Islet Street Party. The hotel arranged our transport, making everything easy and stress-free, and we ended up having the night of our lives. The atmosphere, music, food, and energy were incredible, and it became one of the standout moments of our holiday. Saint Lucia itself is an absolutely beautiful country. The scenery is breathtaking, the people are warm and welcoming, and the whole island has such an amazing vibe and positive energy. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy life. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with kindness, and the laid-back Caribbean atmosphere made it impossible not to fall in love with the island. What truly made this holiday special, however, were the people. Not only did we receive exceptional service from the team, but we also met some amazing guests and made friendships that I genuinely believe will last a lifetime. The atmosphere around the hotel was warm, welcoming, and full of positivity. A very special thank you goes to Princess, Bella, Xavier, Sam, Shawnelle, Brandon, Rissa, Sherlorne, Joules, and Quincy for making our stay so enjoyable. Your kindness, hard work, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. I’d also like to thank the many other staff members whose names I unfortunately can’t remember, but who all contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. Bel Jou Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the outstanding service and excellent food to the beautiful facilities, fantastic excursions, and wonderful atmosphere, everything was exceptional. This is my favourite hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff will become your best friends by the time you're done your stay, and you will become best friends with all of them. The food is excellent, the rooms are clean, the amenities are plentiful and the location is convenient. The charm of this hotel is truly indescribable. Would recommend to everyone!!
