Food was delicious and the service was top tier, the waiter was knowledgeable of the menu. Very nice atmosphere
Food was delicious and wait staff very friendly and all around excellent!
The Inn is elegant, charming, and beautifully restored with a strong historic character and modern amenities such has heat pumps throughout, Roku tv's, host provided access to Youtube TV, good wifi, fire and Co2 alarms. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, luxury linens and top duvet, wonderfully soft bath towels and quality furnishings. Our bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows. Loved the charm of the home, I could envision how comfortable and high end the home was when it was built. The building was brilliantly designed. The now common area is very elegant. We stayed in the Peary Suite. We were fortunate the owners allowed us to bring our yellow lab Striker for our stay. If you are so allowed, please be respectful of the property and pick up after your dog. Its a very nice neighborhood for walking. We bring a large bed cover with us when we travel to protect the bedding because inevitably he will get on the bed, even though he has one of his own on the floor. Breakfast is provided in the common area and we were pleased with the coffee, fresh fruit and the awesome pastry!! Please patronize the restaurant during your stay, the food is OMG good, they have a fine wine list and the waitstaff is second to none.
Easily 5/5 stars. A beautiful, historic, and pristine inn. We stayed for a weekend in October and loved it. Personally, I found the prices very reasonable compared to much less desirable places to stay. If you stay, it's 100% worth also purchasing the dinner for two at the adjacent restaurant. That's another 5 stars!
Incredibly lovingly restored. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Great location.
