Wasnt as clean as expected, particularly the elevator and hallway carpet. Homeless people congregate by the front door starting in the afternoon. The café downstairs is nice. Lots of boutique shops within walking distance. No dedicated parking upfront for loading/unloading bags and no elevator access to basement level in rear; had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs.

Terrible Service! They took over $1,800.00 dollars from a disabled veteran who couldn't no longer make it to the reservation due to the disability worsening. They did not care and did not give the disabled veteran a refund. Scam mentality & not a good business ethically. They also wouldn't release information such as business agent contact information for litigation purposes. Wrong, illegal, and this hotel will still be reported to the courts. (January 2026 Occurrence With Statute of Limitations) P.S.Out of all the hotels in Bangor, go to one that doesn't treat individuals like this. Especially disabled veterans.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed super comfy! Coffee available in room and coffee shop in lobby. Location in walking distance to restaurants and river trails. 10 minutes to airport. Easily found street parking nearby. Host proactive and kept e well informed
