Very nice room...the water pressure in the shower was great. We got there late so didn't check much else out.

Upon entering Rm 334, odor of stale cigarettes hits your nostrils, black marker on floor near windows and other random locations, couch VERY uncomfortable, stairwell has even stronger odor of stale cigarettes. Large patch of repaired drywall not painted neat TV and the King bed had a metal frame and sounded like the door opening on a rolling dumpster. All staff we encountered very friendly. Breakfast below average for a free breakfast (and I don't expect much from hotel breakfasts)

Stayed in this location for a month and the whole entire month I had issues with the cleaning in the rooms they were rotating me to different rooms and there was always something, satins on the bed sheets even bread crumbs, shower and toilets dirty, and I was asking the front desk if they could send someone to clean it and they never did they always said they were going to but never did, LOOK UP FOR ALL THE DETAILS IN THE CLEANING.

Great place to stay! I accidentally booked too small of a room and the front desk fixed me up with a great room that accommodated us. Great location too. Walmart Sam's Club and a whole bunch of places to eat are within a mile. Right by the highway too. 15 minutes to downtown. We had our dog with us and they have a nice dog walk area, not fenced in but a nice big grassy area with pet waste bags and bins. Definitely will return on our next trip to Birmingham.

Very disappointing experience. The room smelled like cat urine, there were dirty towels left in the shower and also there was 💩 stained towel by the door. the bed had hair and dried mucus on it. the trash was full of cat litter and cat food. I reported the issues to the front desk and was promised a room change for the next day. next day Instead of changing the room the manager refused and said they sent room service while i was not even at the hotel so he said word for word “It’s not my problem anymore, deal with it” while claiming they were fully booked. However, rooms were still available on their website to book for the night. Poor cleanliness and even worse customer service. i am still amazed about this experience and i hope this corporate closes this location or fixes there staff work ethic.
