Such a great first time experience. Everything about the facility was great! Clean, and beautiful! Never felt better!

Brent and Lisa were amazing. Lisa got us all checked in and showed us around on our first time. Brent stepped in halfway through and made sure we were all taken care of for the second half. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Plunj helped bring my body back to life after basketball runs and training. The cold plunge was absolutely brutal in the best way possible 😂 but you can feel the recovery benefits right away. Clean setup, great atmosphere, and the staff made the experience comfortable even while I was questioning my life choices in that freezing water. Definitely a spot athletes and active people should check out for recovery and wellness. I’ll be back for sure.
