We had a wonderful stay at Foot of the Mountain Motel! The location was one of our favorite parts, being so close to the river and Eben G Park and it made it easy to go for a drive up Boulder Canyon. The rooms were super cute, cozy, and had a lot of character, making the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. We also loved the backyard space, which was a great spot to unwind after exploring the area. Another huge plus was that it was within walking distance of Pearl Street, so we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boulder!
Great spot for a restful rustic stay...walkable to town by following the river...beds were comfortable and shower was hot ..they have a nice park like area behind the motel...highly recommend!
This is one of the best places I have ever stayed and it’s probably the best motel in Boulder. Everyone here is so accommodating and nice. The rooms are great. They’re mountain and cabin vibes. You can easily walk to all the action on Pearl Street. Tif is the absolute best and she was so helpful with everything.
A beautiful original style motel in a lovely quiet area with open space to the back of the property for relaxing. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond. Cabins are rustic and cute with chairs outside, we enjoyed a drink outside whilst chatting to the people in the next cabin, so great if you want to socialise a little too. We had a lovely time.
Staff was very friendly. We loved staying at this lodge, I would definitely stay here over any of the expensive hotels nearby. It was absolutely amazing for the price. Slightly secluded and very homey.
The owner was very nice. The breakfast is exactly the same as you'd find at most other motels/hotels: mediocre at best. Our room was cramped, dark, and a bit musty.
Such a cozy place to stay in an amazing location close to trails. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Will be staying again if we are back in Boulder!
