I’ve had a very frustrating experience living here. There was no hot water for 5 consecutive days and my toilet has been constantly running, which has noticeably increased my water bill. Maintenance has come out multiple times, but have provided temporary solutions instead of actually fixing the issues. On top of that, my interaction with office management was extremely disappointing. The manager was rude and condescending when I tried to address my concerns. She dismissed my complaints about maintenance and refused to escalate the issues, telling me to contact the regional manager myself, but refused to provide me with an email address, and refused to contact them with me present. Overall I feel unsupported, which is really disappointing as I was so excited to move here. I would strongly encourage management to take resident concerns more seriously and address maintenance issues properly the first time. Update: Hot water is still not resolved (been taking freezing cold showers) and no one from management will get back to me. Don’t move here.

Moved in the middle of February 2026. It has been a very pleasent experience. Alyiah Goldsberry was great with her knowledge and her personality is on point as the first person you see when you get to the office. We have had a couple of hick-ups but it has been a great experience. All of the staff I have met have been delightful, any questions or issues the promptly addressed with a good demeanor. I would recomend Abbey Court if you are looking for quite clean affordable place in the Evansville Area.

Mold. Cockroaches. Units in bad conditions. Water Damage. My unit (5226) had mold in it, a professional came and tested the air in the bathroom. It was so bad that they approved to break my lease 9 months early with no penalty. Stuff I requested to get fixed 2 weeks into me moving in never got fixed a year and a half later. The mold and cockroaches were just a nightmare for me and my family. We were breaking out in hives and having this non stop cough and wheezing. Pets were throwing up daily. The pet stations were never clean. Dog poop everywhere. The dog park’s trash was rarely taken out. The pool was open 1 week out of the whole summer. They promised a “dog wash station” was coming soon, 15 months later (March 26’) and still nothing. I sent several emails but never got anything from it. Only thing I liked at Abbey Court was the maintenance crew, very nice people. Do not live here.

It's supposed to be a no-smoking place well it smells like cigarettes from the time you open the first door to the next door nothing's impressive it's just an old run-down apartment building that needs to be bowled over and rebuilt you can tell it it's old and needs to be redone I was not impressed and I feel sorry for the people I know that live there and know I will never move there either trying to get through the parking lot knowing that you can hit somebody's car if you do not know how to drive or get into small places and out of small places this is very dangerous place for vehicles to get hit it's not what I would want for myself but somebody else could like this but I don't want to live in a building that I see a crack going from the top to the bottom knowing that it can break off that's just not comfortable for me to see knowing what I know about concrete
