Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Evansville East

I’m not one to usually leave reviews and I hate to even have to leave a somewhat negative review because part of it may not even be their fault but more faulty on Priceline.com. 1. When I booked the hotel it stated there was a pool so that’s what immediately sold me along with the price, but once getting to the hotel and I’m our swimsuits we were told there was no pool. 2.Our shower didn’t work 3. There was mold on the bedding All that being said the staff was super kind and the beds were comfortable. If I had booked more than 1 night I may be more upset about the pool but all we needed was a bed to sleep on for the night also I’m sure if I noticed the mold the night we got there and not the morning as we were leaving I’m sure they would have changed our room for another.

I been coming here for about 4 to 5 years and I really haven't had any major problem. The staff is very professional.👍👍👍👍👍

Good customer service and clean establishment

Roach infestation! As soon as we got to our room the smell was overpowering. It smelled musty and moldy. We sat our bags down and there were roaches crawling on the walls. I called the front desk immediately and they said it was normal. NOT NORMAL FOR US.. we picked our bags up and went to another local hotel immediately. We didn’t expect the Ritz-Carlton but we sure won’t stay in a stinky roach motel either. I’d give zero stars if I could. The health department should condemn this whole building! Yuck!! I should also mention there were 2 young men asking for money and cigarettes in the parking lot on our way out. We did not feel safe.

I do not recommend this hotel, they gave me a room with a horrible smell, the toilet bowl was moving all over the place, and they did not refund the deposit money. I imagine they thought we broke it. It is the worst thing about h
