Alon and Roya welcomed us warmly and also took care of finding parking in the area. The breakfast was good and varied and in a pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard. We highly recommend the place.

I have no words at all… Simply amazing people run this place, with a huge heart and warmth that you don’t meet every day. From the first moment you feel that this is not just a hotel. It’s a home. A place with a soul. The hotel itself is maintained to the highest standard, warm, inviting, and every corner of it is full of character. You really feel like walking around in a living museum, one that tells a story in every room. This beautiful house is simply breathtaking. Both inside and out. The owner of the hotel is a one-of-a-kind person, with an insane knowledge of local history and a true love of the place. Hearing stories from him about the house, which once belonged to his grandmother, is simply fascinating and overwhelming. It’s impossible not to be drawn into it. And the cleanliness? Wow. Truly brilliant, on a level you don’t see often. We will never forget your kindness. We recommend it wholeheartedly ❤️

A magical house that takes us back in time Full of atmosphere and authentic preservation expressed in the details. We slept in the unique basement apartment. Alon, the owner, has in-depth and rich historical knowledge, who lived the past of the house with a photo gallery at the main entrance to the house. We experienced privacy, atmosphere, with the surprise of a very tasty, rich and varied breakfast with great attention to detail. The attitude was very helpful and Alon was waiting for us when we parked right next to the house (a big advantage!). The location is perfect - and so is the restaurant (the excellent workshop restaurant close to Zappa) We felt like we were abroad for a day, when we walked the streets of the magical colony on a frozen February night. Gan HaPaamon, Yemin Moshe are very close. Highly recommend the place!

We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The owners were available and willing to answer or advise on any issue we asked for. The house is wonderfully maintained and the breakfast is rich, delicious and healthy - made by the owner. We used public transportation in the city and to our delight, many bus lines pass nearby.
