Wonderful wonderful experience with an extremely talented massage therapist. I highly recommend it
Besides the usual relief of a great massage, Sarah has done wonders for my recently postpartum body. She always knows things about my body that I don’t even think to tell her, like she can tell which side I hold my baby on the most and target those spots. In one particularly magical session, she was able to improve my bladder control SIGNIFICANTLY only two weeks after having a baby. New mamas know this is a BIG deal!
Very casual. I’ve had a couple sessions. After the first session I felt like my back had age regressed to my 20’s. I couldn’t stop stretching and enjoying the range of motion, so I HAD to go again. The second session was a deep one and felt like I was beaten with a baseball bat coated in lavender oils and positive energy. Walked a bit funny after, but realized my hip was now where it was supposed to be.
Sarah is knowledgable, kind, makes one feel at home. Her massage includes pin and stretch techniques that really help loosen muscles and joints. I had areas that had been hurting for weeks, and she was able to loosen very tight knots. If you need a relaxing massage or deep tissue, she is there Massage therapist for you!
Wonderful massage! This is theraputic and helps with pain I have had for many years. Sarah is very thorough and her massages are so effective!
