Absolutely loved our stay! This was our second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first. The hotel is cute, clean, and has such a great atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, the food was good, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The real star, though, was Brett at the Rally bar. He was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. Great customer service is hard to find, and Brett absolutely deserves recognition for how well he takes care of people. Plus, his raspberry lemon drop is a 1000/10. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Norman! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service.
98% of staff are superior. Love it here!
We stay here every month and the place has always been very nice, but this trip has been far from it starting with check in. We had our son (aduly) stay with us this time, 3 Adults. The front desk actually acted as if we were asking for a free room when we stated we needed 3 drink coupons as it was 3 adults in the room. She actually rolled her eyes and sighed. Mind you most of the time we are with family and never need them. This time we got done early and went back to the bar. First bartender was not real friendly but ton an issue. Issue is you have 6 taps and of course the free one is the one you can't sell. We had to wait as they hadcto tap a new keg. Could have given us a different one but no. She brought them to us, they were horrible, very skunk beer. When she asked how we like it we told her horrible and were not going to drink them. Comment was OK and just walked away. No apologies, no can I get you something else. You act like high end but today you were getto.. Do better.
