I love going to papis it’s always a vibe and the music hits. Love how welcoming they are to literally EVERYONE. The bartenders are their own vibe and super friendly. Always 10/10 recommend. Have met a few strangers turned long time friends here.

They were closed last night 4/5/2025. But advised as being opened. Drove 20minutes to get there and there was a lock box on the door, and the place was empty.

Jaida Essence Hall show was cancelled just days before and instead of offering refunds Papi’s transferred tickets to a future event (at the time for a queen who any of us had yet to even meet on TV) and requests for refunds have gone unanswered from Papi’s, Sadbrunch, and eventbrite and it’s now day off the event. I have enjoyed going to Papi’s in the past but will not be attending any of their ticketed events again due to the failure to deliver the expected event and failure to provide an easy way to get refunds. Update: okay so they did at least get me my refund within the day of posting this. While I’m frustrated by the lack of an easy refund option, I’m willing to primarily blame the show producers and say Papi’s at least reached out to me to get the situation taken care of. And I have enjoyed going to Papi’s when I’ve gone for dancing at least.

It’s fun but I don’t think they should do birthday parties. I went there and someone’s birthday party was happening, and the bday party host felt too entitled over the space in my opinion. If it’s open to the public expect the public to be there especially on the weekends. Overall really fun club I LOVE the drag queens!!!
