Used to come here regularly, now I tell people to stay away. From the horrid interactions I've seen between staff and my friends ( for example, one time the front desk lady brought up personal, years old, unrelated to Fallout drama as they were IDing us) or the patrons I've seen physically assault others and be allowed back... this place just makes me uncomfortable now.

fallout is one of my favorite places on earth. there are no other spots in richmond where i feel as comfortable talking to people without fear of judgement, it has by far the best music at any bar/club around, the food is solid, the drinks are moderately priced (not superrrr cheap but much cheaper than a lot of other places and very good), every member of the staff i’ve met is lovely, and they have such great events every single week. i truly get major FOMO every night i’m not there!!

By far my favorite place for the alt scene. You dont have to be a part of the Goth scene to be here, there are lots of different events and the food is fairly priced and delicious. Can't wait to get my membership!

Seems very cliquey?? Went here alone as an alt black woman for goth karaoke expecting a welcoming, warm, inclusive space, but was met with the opposite. I tried to make slight conversation with the people standing outside and they looked at me like they were shocked I was talking to them. Guy at the front was rude at best and I’m assuming a staff member stood in my way talking to other people when I was trying to enter, either didn’t hear my excuse me or didn’t care because I had to maneuver around them. The bartender was nice at least. Just a very negative experience for me. Bleh. Won’t be back.
