About this place The Rickshaw Stop

The Rickshaw Stop is a compact, laid-back venue in San Francisco's Fell Street neighborhood that welcomes LGBTQ+ guests and features live indie bands and DJs. The space combines a performance area with comfortable lounge zones, making it easy to enjoy the music while also taking a break to chat with friends or grab something to eat. This type of venue is part of San Francisco's diverse nightlife scene, offering a more intimate alternative to larger clubs. The funky atmosphere and indie-focused music programming attract a mix of locals and visitors looking for a casual, unpretentious night out. Whether you're into live music, want to dance to DJ sets, or simply hang out in a welcoming space, there's something to suit different moods and energy levels. Visitors can expect a small, social environment where you can actually have a conversation without shouting. I love this place. Amazing shows. However, the Soundsystem and acoustics could be a lot better. Still fun.
