River Palm Hotel

It's very dirty and depressing.

Older hotel with a comfortable bed and very convenient to Holmes Regional Medical Center.

The hotel was well located in Melbourne for our stopover on our way to other destinations in the North. It's a bit dated, but the staff were welcoming and the room was clean and functional. Our room overlooking the parking lot was quiet. The pool was not in operation.

Terrible! Lady at the front desk was so rude. She should be fired. Do not stay here.

Worked with me for the payment. They accept cash or card ..not both. He made an exception to accept both for a room.

Bob at the front desk was very accommodating. Immediately took care of the couple of issues I had.

Good accommodations, attentive service, good value and nice location. Bob, Dee, and Bud are very helpful and do a fine job as well as the rest of the staff. Look forward to returning.
