GALCK+

GALCK+, formerly the Gay and Lesbian Coalition of Kenya, is a national umbrella body for LGBTQ+ organisations in Kenya. It coordinates advocacy, documents rights violations and helps smaller community groups build capacity. It is a dedicated LGBTQ+ organisation, not merely a friendly one. Sex between men is still a crime under Kenya's penal code, so GALCK+ keeps a low physical profile and has no public office or drop-in space. Contact it through galck.org. Visitors should also be discreet in public in Kenya.
