Hotel Amalfi Grand

The receptionist was a cheater. The food was stale and pathetic. The personnel in dining hall were behaving like goondas. I am fighting with the hotel to recover my money they cheated us in the name of upgrade. The breakfast was stale and pathetic.

We had an overnight stay at Amalfi Grand and, given our expectations, the experience was quite decent. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. While there is no dedicated parking, the security staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 15-minute drive from the airport, which adds to its appeal for short stays. The breakfast spread was average—not the best, but certainly not the worst. However, I did hear rats squealing in the AC duct of the restaurant, which was a bit concerning. That said, the overall hygiene and service were satisfactory. One notable plus was their willingness to accommodate our chauffeur in a hall, which was appreciated. Considering the price, location, and level of service, Amalfi Grand offers good value for money, especially for a short stay. With a few improvements in certain areas, it could be an even better experience.

Restaurant team is not well behave very rude in service. If guest is living on long duration,they don't serve Chapati its very hard to be on only Tandoori roti which was also not cooked I have shared pictures for reference. Food quality is not hygienic and tasteless. Only they make good is Tomato soup. Hotel room bedsheet cover found torn and restaurant cup glass is Yellowish stain you can find in pictures for reference I have ordered breakfast parcel they didn't give Coconut chatni not sambhar which was waste at all I have thrown it in garbage

Best hotel in Patna hotel panache such a great hospitality and service was good and morning breakfast is very delicious thanks to all panache team for providing me great service and thanks to Ms.Divya and Ms Shifa such a very courteous girls she’s welcome me very nice we will come back soon

Great hotel! Amalfi Grand can be spotted from afar. Centrally located. Courteous staff. Good food. Lively environment. Room service is good. Hotel also has parking available right in front. All in all superb stay, will definitely visit again

This is nice cosy hotel which I was looking for my 2 day visit to Patna. The hotel is just 10 mins away frm the airport and is located off Bailey road which is commercial hotspot which tons of shops. The rooms were spacious and cosy and it has a nice spacious bathroom. Both room and bathroom had the required amenities. The breakfast spread was simple and food was delicious. Similarly, even the dinner I ordered at the restaurant was delicious. The only cons are that the staff at front desk is a bit slow and the location. Bailey road is a very busy road with heavy traffic and is congested. So be prepared to get stuck in slow moving traffic on a bad day.

Good Hotel I had a great stay in this hotel , The rooms are nice and clean . I would like to recognise all the housekeeping staff especially all the girls were very hardworking and sincere. Lovely and Praveen at Front office took great care of us and our needs. The food was tasty and delicious. The only thing which needs improvement is breakfast buffet and service at the breakfast. Overall highly recommended hotel to stay .

Went for an exam. Located in a weird location( I personally felt that). Room service personnel was creepy( kept looking inside the room). Reception fooled us to leave early for the exam (very unprofessional, as she needed the car we rented, even though we paid for the whole day!) . We rented a hotel car, driver was trying to search into our luggage when we stopped somewhere for a break. Very bad experience.
