Biznotel by Pride Surat
飯店 · Biznotel by Pride Surat · 蘇拉特

Do not book MAP plan. If book then clear it what they are going to serve. Restaurant staff behaviour is pathetic. Ambience is good. Room cleanliness also Good.

Worst service ever. Restaurant is pathetic. I ordered food which was delivered to another room. I waited for an hour. When I went to ask, delivery person says we have so many orders to deliver. He doesn't even accepts his mistake. I don't understand their system. DO NOT OPT FOR THIS HOTEL ATLEAST FOR RESTAURANT. YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED.
