The room is clean, small and neat. The service is accessible in relation to the location. The beach and the center are 10 minutes away in the respective directions. Very comfortable and communicative place. A disadvantage for me is the terrace - there are two chairs, but there is only one corner for them, because the air conditioner takes up the rest of the space. There is no mini bar, but the prices of drinks at the reception are low. The air conditioner works very well. I would describe the atmosphere in terms of colors and lighting as romantic... Greetings!

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff. Given that 10 rooms were booked and paid for, we expected professional and respectful service, corresponding to the level and category of the hotel. Instead, we were faced with rude and disrespectful attitude, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class. Regardless of the situations that have arisen or the workload, communication with customers should be polite and professional. I am sorry that the good impression of the hotel was overshadowed by the behavior of the staff. I hope that the management will pay attention to this problem and take measures to improve the service. Hotel Gran Via is a wonderful place to stay, combining comfort, style and excellent service. From the moment I arrived I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. The breakfast is great – varied and delicious, with quality products, creating a homely feeling. The location is excellent, close to both the centre and the beach, steps from the sea garden which makes the hotel very convenient for everything. I would definitely recommend Hotel Gran Via to anyone looking for quality, comfort and excellent service. This is a place I would come back to again!

Very friendly staff (English, German, Spanish, Bulgarian, and Russian speaking). Close to the Black Sea. Only a 10-minute walk to the town center. Only five minutes to the Sea Park. Pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are a bit dated. Limited space for luggage. Bathroom lacks shelves for personal toiletries. Unstable Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast is unfortunately only à la carte (choice of 10 pre-prepared breakfast items). Despite being on the main road, it's very quiet. It's advisable to book a parking space for your car in advance (!) in the immediate vicinity (for a fee).
