Clean, comfortable rooms. The service is top-notch. The owner, Teodora, and her husband are always ready to accommodate any request. They truly know how to take care of their guests. And Teodora's breakfasts are the envy of chefs at renowned Burgas restaurants. Delicious, varied, and generous. A place you'll want to return to. I highly recommend!

A stunning, cozy family-run hotel! Excellent location on a quiet street directly opposite Burgas's Seaside Park. It's a leisurely 5-minute stroll to the sea through a gorgeous park, and 3 minutes to the central pedestrian street. My colleagues and I stayed here in June 2026 on a mini-vacation and were absolutely delighted with the varied, delicious breakfasts, attentive hosts, and their hospitality and warmth! The rooms are clean and have absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay! All toiletries, slippers, an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, mini fridge, and flat-screen TV are provided. The hotel is full of beautiful flowers! The breakfast deserves special attention! Very varied and incredibly delicious! Red fish, delicious banitsa (a type of soup made with vodka), shakshuka, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, sweet cherries, watermelon, a variety of exquisite cheeses, and much more. The service is top-notch! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Words cannot express my impressions of this wonderful hotel and especially their attitude towards each guest. Thank you for the warm welcome and pleasant stay! The hotel is small with a great location minutes from the center and right next to the sea garden. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is incredible! However, the real gem is the people who work there. Whenever I stay I feel not like in a hotel, but like among a family!

I was disappointed even before I used the hotel's services. I wanted to book a single room and called one of the landlines three times in two days to clarify the details. They told me that there was one single room for the period I wanted and that booking was only possible via email. After the last call, which was around 6pm, I sent an email requesting a reservation. Around 9:45am the next day I received a reply that unfortunately there was no single room available for the period I wanted. I was not offered any other dates or any solution, such as referring me to colleagues. I called the mobile phone number provided and a lady confirmed that there was no room available and that the employee who claimed otherwise had probably not been informed. There was no apology either in the email or on the phone. The apology should have been for me, and they should have apologized. By the way, I think they had a room available, but they decided it was more profitable for them to give it for double occupancy instead of single occupancy. Even if my assumption is not correct, it is unacceptable that the employee on the contact phones is not informed about the availability at the moment, especially since the contacts with the hotel are only by phone and e-mail and the hotel has a total of 12 rooms. This speaks of unprofessional management of the hotel and unprofessional attitude of the employees.
