Single Step Foundation is a Sofia-based organisation, founded in 2016, that supports LGBTI young people, their families and allies across Bulgaria. It runs an online support platform and a helpline. It has also built a network of LGBTI-friendly healthcare providers, including GPs and doctors who see trans patients. It has no public walk-in address (the address is given on request), so contact it through singlestep.bg. Its most practical use for a visitor is a referral to an affirming doctor in Sofia.
