Candy Darling is a queer cocktail bar on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, at the edge of the Gaixample, Barcelona's main gay district. It takes its name from the trans actress and Warhol Factory star, and the room leans arty: exhibitions on the walls, events and performances, and a mixed crowd of gay men, lesbians, trans people and friends. The cocktails are the main draw, and it has well over a thousand Google reviews. It works well as a first drink before moving on to the bigger bars and clubs a few blocks away on Consell de Cent and Diputació. Check its social media for the current event calendar.

Poor service at the bar, a place where the barmaids go to drink and ignore the customer, the place has no concept, everything is very dirty, arrogant bouncers and a public that seemed anesthetized.
