Hotel Murcia Nelva

A very good experience. A large hotel with many rooms for events and a large rooftop pool. You almost forget that the location isn't the best.

Very comfortable hotel, close to the center (15-20 minute walk), varied breakfast, very good beds (both mattress and pillows), the bathroom (with a massage shower where you're not quite sure where the jets are going to come from) was adequate. We went on a family trip and my children and nephews enjoyed the pool, while the rest of us took advantage of the terrace (no service, we had to go to a nearby bar (part of the hotel) for drinks). Parking spaces aren't narrow but they are a bit tight.

Overall, everything was very good, although I wanted to highlight the kindness of the waiter in the ground floor cafeteria. Despite being alone to serve all the tables, clear the table, and work the bar, I find it incredible that a hotel of this category has only one person working like that. It's unfair to him, as he wanted to provide good service, and it was impossible.

Overall, it was good. Clean rooms with basic amenities. Soap, shampoo, towels, etc. were of good quality. The downside: some guests were given their rooms at 2 pm and others at 3 pm. We were a group with several reservations made together, and some checked in at 2 pm and others at 3 pm. We waited in the lobby until 3 pm. The key cards for the doors malfunction easily. With a two-night stay, we had to go back four times to have them fixed. Breakfast was very good. Varied and delicious.
